We offer two shipping options to serve our global clientele (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of your order
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Blouses and T-shirts that have been tried on without protective clothing
  • Any items without original hygiene seals intact

How to Return or Exchange
